If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can easily return or exchange your product within 15 days of receipt of item. You can either return it through the mail or bring it back to the store. If you choose to send back your product, first you need to obtain an RMA (Return Authorization Number). Merchandise must be accompanied with the original sales receipt.

All products are sold with the manufacturer limited warranty, except PAL and multi-system products. Multi-system products have a 15-days warranty.
